Champions League Overview

The UEFA Champions League is back, and the best football teams in Europe will fight it out over the next eight and a half months to see who will be named king of Europe at Wembley next June.

It’s not easy to win two titles in a row. Since 1992, when the game was called the European Cup and not the Champions League, only Real Madrid has won two titles. But Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City will try to do just that this season. They beat Inter 1-0 in last year’s final, so many people think they can do it.

The usual suspects will be the ones who will give you the most trouble. Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Napoli hope to go far because they won their local leagues. And Real Madrid has won the Champions League 14 times, so you’d be crazy to bet against them.

From now until Christmas, there will be six games to decide who will move on to the last 16 (see the full schedule below), and everyone will be watching “pool of death” Group F. AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund, two of the best teams in Europe, have joined Newcastle United. Even without Neymar and Messi, Paris Saint-Germain is still trying to win the game, which they haven’t been able to do so far.

The roller coaster starts up again, and this guide will tell you everything you need to know about how to watch live streams of the Champions League, including where to watch games for free. We also learn about future competitions, groups, and the final for next year.

When is the 2023/24 Champions League final?

This year’s UEFA Champions League final will be held at Wembley Stadium in London.

The Champions League final for 2023/24 will occur on June 1, 2024.

The last time England’s national stadium was used for the UCL final was in 2012/13 when Bayern Munich beat Borussia Dortmund 2-1.

Who won the Champions League last year?

The big plan for Manchester City finally came to fruition after 15 years and more than a billion pounds.

City didn’t lose a single game on their way to the final last June at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul. In the knockout rounds, they easily beat RB Leipzig, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid. Erling Haaland was a great player who led the Citizens in goals with 12.

Inter Milan gave Pep Guardiola’s team a more challenging time in the final, but Rodri’s goal in the second half was enough for the win and the treble.
